Pure Beef Tallow

What is Tallow?

Tallow is a rendered saturated fat from beef through simple process. It has higher smoke point than most Vegetable oil, Canola, Corn, or Sunflower Oil. It remains stable under the high heat conditions and it imparts a good flavor.

From a health point of view, tallow has been proven to be high in Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) which lowering cancer risk and anti inflammatory, it also rich in vitamin A, D, E & K, as one of the anti oxidants and omega 3 fatty acid.

Due to the current lifestyle that put a lot of emphasizes on convenience, vegetable oils have become more available. Since then, evidence are found in the shift from tallow to vegetable oil has brought phenomenal disastrous to general human health, such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease and cancer.

PT. Global Pratama Wijaya produces tallow 100% only from pure beef fat and nothing else. We render the fat with simple and traditional process, unrefined. It does not last as long as other types of oil available in your supermarket or shop shelves, but it is packed with enzyme and minerals.

PT. Global Pratama Wijaya produces its bone broth with all real food without any additives nor preservatives. The broth is slowly simmered over a period of days to allow the bones and the marrows to release healing compounds to the maximum level.

Gourmet sausages

In complementing our gourmet tallow and bone broth, we have added sausages, burger patties and bakso (meatballs) in our gourmet range. PT. Global Pratama Wijaya is committed only to deliver finest quality to its customers. All sausages and burger patty made fresh as per customer’s order and using natural ingredients, no additives nor preservatives. The casing used in our sausage is from natural sheep casing, not collagen. All our gourmet products are Halal.

Sausages, burger patty and bakso consist of 80% lean meat and 20% fat, finely chopped to achieve a gourmet texture and intense meat flavor.
